Activities in Farmer Enrollment
  • Assisting in organizing Training and/or Get-together for Bank officials on the Crop Insurance scheme and discussion on process of GOI Crop Insurance portal.
  • Visits to ROs/Branches of Banks, distribute covering letter etc.; and continuous follow-up for generating maximum possible business.
  • Participation in monthly meetings to be conducted by Government in each District/Block.
  • Coverage of Non-loanee Farmers: We help to ensure coverage of Non-loanee farmers as per Revamped Operational Guidelines of PMFBY.
  • Collection of Service Charges invoices from Bank Branches.

Promotional Activity

We help insurers in IEC and Publicity activities required as per Revamped PMFBY Operational Guidelines; viz. Designing and implementation of a marketing campaign and administrative tasks which includes the following:

Initial Stage
  • Designing of marketing collaterals such as Banners, Posters, Pamphlets, Brochures
  • Printing of Banners / Leaflets / Posters / Stickers / Canopy / Wall Painting
  • Arrangements for locations for Hoardings, Billboards in respective Districts
  • Spreading awareness using Newspaper and TV advertisement
  • Mobile Van Advertising / Video Van/Jeep campaign, Local Munadi, Radio Jingle etc.
  • Designing of short educational video on PMFBY scheme
Implementation Stage
  • Distribution of marketing collaterals to Banks, State Government office, CSC and to Non-Loanee point of sale
  • Digital Marketing – Promotion on Facebook, Twitter and Linkedin etc.
  • Arrangement of awareness program for farmers’ gathering at various camps in respective district as per Revamped Operational Guidelines and respective State Agriculture department.
  • Newspaper and TV advertisement on reasonable rates

Crop Cutting Experiments (CCEs)

We have Special emphasis on Crop Cutting Experiments (CCEs) and we propose to provide following services under CCEs

  • Monitoring of Crop Cutting Experiments (CCEs) to ensure correct yield estimation by Govt. officials. CCEs are monitored through geo-coded images and videos.
  • Selection of Area for strong emphasis for CCE observation, on the basis of risk exposure of that area.
  • Training on Crop Cutting Experiments (CCEs) for IC team at ground level.
  • Meeting with District Statistical Officer and Revenue Department regarding Crop Cutting Experiment Schedule.
  • Ground level communication with Primary Workers (Govt.).
  • Participation in all the Targeted CCEs.
  • Manpower deployment at District/Block - well qualified and experienced of CCE process.
  • Liasoning with Government officials at ground level.
